SMS & call terms
Effective August 6, 2026 · Version 1.0
We only call or text a number when the person it belongs to asks us to. Agreeing is optional — you get the same help either way. Reply STOP to any text and we stop.
What you are agreeing to
If you tick the calls-and-texts box on one of our forms, you agree that State Adjusting Services may contact you at the number you provided about your claim enquiry, including by automated dialling technology or prerecorded message. That agreement is in writing and entirely voluntary.
Consent is not a condition of service
You do not have to agree to calls or texts to work with us. We will still review your claim, answer your questions and represent you if you hire us. If you would rather we used only email, leave the box unticked and tell us.
What we send
Messages relate to the enquiry you made: confirming we received it, arranging an inspection or a call, asking for a document, or telling you something has moved on your claim. Message frequency varies with what is happening on your claim — there is no fixed schedule and no bulk marketing list.
How to stop
- Reply STOP to any text message and we stop texting that number.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us on (630) 297-8136 or info@stateadjusting.us.
- Ask us on a call or by email to remove your number, and we will.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan and carrier. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
Your privacy
The number you give us is used to contact you about your enquiry and your claim. We do not sell phone numbers and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture and our Terms of Use for the terms governing this site.
Records we keep
When you tick a consent box we record the date and time, the page you were on, your IP address and browser, and the exact wording you agreed to. We keep that record so both of us can show what was agreed.
